New Delhi, dated the 6^th January, 2012.

 

 

S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

 

i       Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai; and

 

ii      Additional Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai,

           

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Prominent Enterprises, A-127, Ground Floor, Shop No.3, Asha Park, New Delhi-110 018 and M/s Gaylord Enterprises, Shop No.2, Ground Floor, D-41, Fateh Nagar, New Delhi-110 018 issued vide, F.No. DRI/MZU/D/INV-03(1)/2010-11/7937 to 7943 dated 10.08.2011, by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
