In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-07 and paragraph 1.1 of Handbook (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the DEPB rate of the items as contained in the book titled "Schedule of DEPB Rates" as annexed to this Public Notice. This shall come into force from 1st April, 2002.
