PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 4 (RE-99/1997-2002)

NEW DELHI : DATED : 30/03/2000.

Attention is invited to Paragraph 7.8 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended and Paragraph 7.8 and 7.10 of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.1, 1997-2002, as amended and also to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended from time to time.

2. In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/modifications and additions in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended.

3. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended, amendments/ corrections at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure "A to this Public Notice shall be made.
