            In the notification of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 16/2010 - Customs (N.T.) dated the 17^th February, 2010 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number G.S.R. 416 (E), dated the 17^th February, 2010, for the words “Commissioner of Central Excise, Mumbai IV”, read the words “Commissioner of Central Excise, Mumbai I”.
